Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be requested for consulting packages purchased from Radiantdetoxify.

Consulting Services

Our products consist primarily of scheduled consultation sessions and delivered documentation. Because sessions involve reserved time and personalized preparation, the following conditions apply:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no additional charge.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of a scheduled session may be rescheduled once or credited toward a future booking.
• After a consultation session has been completed and deliverables have been sent, the session fee is non-refundable.

Digital Templates and Documents

Digital day-structure templates and written summaries delivered after a session are considered fulfilled upon delivery. Refunds for completed deliverables are not available unless there is a documented error in the materials provided.

Monthly Structure Review Package

For the Monthly Structure Review package, unused sessions may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if cancellation is requested before the second weekly session. After the second session, remaining sessions are non-refundable but may be rescheduled within 30 days.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancellation, contact us at contactus@radiantdetoxify.world with your name, purchase date, and reason for the request. We will respond within three business days.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
